Food runs

Someone’s going for pizza? Open a run, everyone adds their order, the runner gets one clear list.

Settle up

At the end, everyone sees what they owe for seat, bar and food, and pays. Open tabs, closed.

    Your server goes up, with your party’s own address, the games you picked, your bar prices and prizes.

    They sign in, take a seat and play. Scores, tabs and food runs take care of themselves. You settle up at the end.

Questions hosts ask

What does “private beta” mean?

We’re running a small number of real parties with hosts we work with closely. You get the full thing plus direct help from us; we get your feedback. Spots are limited, so we confirm each request by hand.

What do I pay, and when?

€9 per seat for the party. Twelve seats is €108. Nothing is charged when you send the form: we confirm the details and the final price by email first.

Do my players need to install anything?

For the party hub (seats, leaderboards, the bar, food runs, settling up) a browser is enough, on a PC or a phone. Some games run right in the browser too; for others players use the game they already have installed.

Where does the server run?

On a dedicated machine we set up for your party, reachable at your party’s own address. You don’t have to bring, configure or babysit a server.

Who handles the money for snacks and food?

You set the prices, players put what they take on their tab, and at the end everyone sees exactly what they owe. The money goes to whoever paid for it: you, or the food runner.
